Iron Brewer Competition? The date is October 2, 2010. Entries due Sept 25, 2010. Location Old Bavarian. This years theme is White Labs WLP500 – Trappist Ale. Any BJCP style may be entered as long as WLP 500 is used as the yeast. Please make a special note of “Thank you to Northern Brewer – Milwaukee for donating the yeast to participants from the Milwaukee Beer Barons.”
